Our team at Precision Dental Care are happy to be your dental family! We are staffed with highly qualified dental assistants, dental hygienists and administrative staff who have been together for years, some of us decades! We also have nurses, phlebotomists, and estheticians on staff to provide cosmetic and facial esthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, smoothing and lifting threads, and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures. Additionally, we have staff that are trained in sleep apnea and sleep related breathing disorders that can provide treatment to patients who are CPAP intolerant. We can also provide therapies for TMJ pain, chronic muscular pain, and migraines.
Anna has worked with Dr. Steichen from day one! They have been a great working pair for over 2 decades. Anna specializes in insurance billing, financing, and treatment planning. Prior to transitioning into office management Anna also worked as a dental assistant. Anna enjoys spending time with her family and loves spoiling her grandchildren.
Holly has been working in dentistry for over 30 years and has been working with Dr. Steichen since 2006. Holly's long term commitment to dentistry has provided her with a library of dental knowledge and experiences. Holly enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.
Amanda graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing since 2011 and is a strong believer in preventive dentistry. Amanda has obtained additional training in evaluating Obstructive Sleep Apnea and breathing related sleeping disorders. She is personally conducting consultations and fabricating oral appliances to help patients improve their quality of sleep.
Christina graduated from the University of New Mexico's Dental Hygiene Program and is local anesthesia and laser certified. Her strong work ethic and energetic positive attitude made her a perfect fit for the team. Outside the office she is a culinary enthusiast, avid fitness aficionado and enjoys any kind of outdoor adventure with her spouse. Since her first day here she has motivated the staff and received rave reviews from patients.
Lindsey has been in dentistry since 2000 and has worked as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, practice manager, and a dental hygiene educator. Lindsey earned her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2009 and her Masters of Dental Hygiene in 2011. Most recently, Lindsey earned her nursing license and is now performing aesthetic procedures at Precision’s dental and medical spa such as Botox, fillers, body contouring, laser treatments, and more!
Angela has been an earned her dental assistant license in 2012. She enjoys learning new techniques and is always looking for new ways to improve her patient’s health and lives. She works side by side with Dr. Steichen specializing in prosthetics, implantology and restorative dental procedures. When she isn't in scrubs she enjoys and spending time with her family.
Sara earned her dental assistant certification in 2008 and became and Esthetician in 2022. Prior to performing esthetic services at Precision’s dental and medical spa, she worked side by side with Dr. Steichen specializing in implantology, restorative dental procedures, and cosmetic dentistry. When she isn't in scrubs she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Genesis joined our team from UNM where she worked chairside with dental residents and anesthesiologists performing oral surgery on pediatric patients and full mouth surgical cases. Genesis manages the hygiene department ensuring all our patients are healthy both medically and dentally to ensure quality comprehensive care. Outside the office Genesis donates her time to animals in need.
Cindy Vasquez graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2014 and has been practicing and gaining experience in dentistry ever since. She enjoys getting to know each patient and providing a personal touch during each appointment. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two kids.
Amie earned her dental assistant license in 2004. She enjoys learning new dental techniques and technology. She works side by side with Dr. Steichen and Dr. Kang in restorative dental procedures. When she is not in scrubs, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Marie has been in dentistry for over 20 years and is a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary. Marie loves to assist people in restoring their health. When Marie is not here at the office, she is assisting others getting healthy in other ways using her certifications in Applied Kinesiology, Professional Herbalism, Life Coaching, Reiki, and License in Peer Support Work. Marie also enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, cats, goats, and chickens.
Kimberly is a native New Mexican and loves her hometown and the people in it. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her two children and her partner. Her family loves to ride bikes, walk, and travel whenever they can. Kimberly has over 13 years of experience in the dental field. Everyday Kimberly strives to provide the utmost care to the patients at Precision Dental Care.
Kelli has been a dental assistant for over 26 years and became an EFDA assistant last year. Kelli has a vast array of knowledge in many aspects of the dental profession. She loves helping to create beautiful, healthy smiles for patients. When not in the office Kelli enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, 3 dogs, and Harry the cat too.
Lizbeth graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and her Masters of Dental Hygiene from UNM in 2017. Lizbeth has been teaching at UNM and practicing clinical dental hygiene for over 9 years. When she is not in the office, or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
Andrea is a born and raised New Mexican and has been established in the dental field since 2012. Shestarted off as a dental assistant and moved up to dental administration. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family.
Jennifer has been working in dentistry for over 16 years and started as a dental assistant. Currently, Jennifer works at our newest location as a Front Office Associate. Jennifer specializes in treatment coordination, and insurance billing and verification. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fur baby, a gorgeous English bulldog named Juicy. Her hobbies include eating, scuba diving, and traveling the world!
Vanessa has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She works in the front office treatment planning, verifying insurance, and coordinating the patient schedules. Before the front office she worked as a dental assistant and taught as a dental assisting instructor. Vanessa enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
Amber graduated with her Associates in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Carl Sandburg College in Illinois. She’s been a practicing dental hygienist since 2008. She’s passionate about preventive dental hygiene and providing quality dental care. When she’s not at the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and baking.
